Return & Refund Policy

At KMC Labs, we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality diagnostic services. Due to the nature of medical testing, certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. No Return of Sample After Collection

Once a sample has been collected by our phlebotomist, it cannot be returned, reused, or cancelled. This is due to medical safety guidelines and laboratory protocols.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The phlebotomist did not arrive for sample collection.

  • Your test could not be completed due to an internal technical issue.

  • You were charged twice for the same order.

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch of the phlebotomist.

You are eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The phlebotomist reached your location, but you wish to cancel before sample collection begins.
    A visit/dispatch fee may be deducted.

  • The test was performed but needs to be repeated due to sample quality issues not caused by you.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • The sample has already been collected.

  • You provided incorrect information, resulting in incorrect testing.

  • You missed your appointment and did not reschedule within the allowed time.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions outside our control.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation allowed up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.
